About this cookie policy
Files that are not strictly necessary for running the store are only stored with your consent via the notice banner. You can adjust or withdraw your decision at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link at the bottom of the page.
What are cookies
A cookie is a small record of data that our system stores in your browser. Technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels operate on the same principle. Certain components are essential to ensure our workshop shop and checkout process run properly. We use other tools to understand how our pages are used or to evaluate advertising channels.
Types of cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
Ensure the shopping cart, checkout, and your selections work properly. They cannot be turned off in the system and do not track any advertising data.
3.2 Functional and security cookies
Remember chosen settings like language and protect our pages against automated access.
3.3 Analytics and performance cookies
Provide us with aggregated insights into which sections are visited and how reliably the shop runs. We only activate them with your permission.
3.4 Marketing and advertising cookies
Track which links bring visitors to us and whether they lead to an order. They are only used with your explicit consent.
3.5 Campaign tracking
A dedicated cookie remembers the path or referral link that brought you to our workshop to attribute an order. No personal data is stored in it.
Third-party tracking technologies
Analytics and advertising files originate from external service providers under their own terms, which we have linked in the preferences window. Apart from the data captured by the element itself, we do not share any personal details.
International data transfers
Participating service providers for analytics and ads may process information outside Germany, based on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Profiling and targeted advertising
Advertising partners may use this data to display notices about our hearing solutions on other websites. We do not build profiles ourselves, and you can switch these controls off in the settings window at any time.

Managing cookie settings
8.1 Browser settings
You can clear stored entries or reject future ones in your browser settings. If you block technically necessary elements, you will not be able to complete the order form for our acoustic products.
8.2 Managing advertising cookies
Advertising partners provide their own opt-out pages, which we have listed for you in the cookie settings window.
8.3 Consent withdrawal
Open the settings menu via the link at the bottom of the page and turn off individual categories. The corresponding files will no longer be stored.
8.4 Handling Do-Not-Track and similar signals
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we automatically treat analytics and marketing elements as rejected.
