Clear speech comprehension right after fitting

Once you insert the proper silicone tip and adjust the volume dial, spoken words become instantly clearer. Clattering plates or soft consonants at the dining table stand out cleanly against background noise.

Clear sound for every day

Skin-friendly silicone and stainless steel

The ear tips are made of soft silicone without plasticizers, while the fine protective grilles are made of stainless steel.

Precise amplification without background hiss

Our analog and digital circuits reduce distracting background noise, keeping voices clear at the kitchen table.

Manual final inspection of every shipment

Before packaging, each device is checked by hand for switch movement, sound transmission, and clean housing seams.

Secure direct shipping from Leipzig

We pack every order securely in shock-absorbent boxes with parcel tracking and signature upon delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

which size of silicone tips fits me
The package includes soft silicone tips in three standard sizes. Take your time trying the tips and choose the one that sits firmly in your ear without pressure. The sizes can be swapped out with a simple motion.
how to clean the hearing aid properly
Use the included nylon brush to gently brush away stubborn residue from the sound outlet. You can pull off the silicone ear tip and rinse it with lukewarm water, while the casing should be wiped dry. Moisture must never enter the battery compartment.
what materials are the casings made of
We manufacture our casing shells from impact-resistant ABS polymer with a matte finish. The ear tips are made of 60 durometer medical-grade silicone that contains no plasticizers and is non-sticky. We use stainless steel for the protective mesh.
can I pay for my order at the door
Yes, we offer cash on delivery. You simply pay the due amount in cash directly to the courier upon delivery. Alternatively, advance payment via bank transfer is available.
does the courier deliver to my apartment without an elevator
The delivery service brings the parcel right to your apartment door, even on upper floors without an elevator. If you selected cash on delivery, please have the exact cash ready. For orders placed before 14:00, we hand the parcel over to the carrier on the same business day.
how do returns work if I am not satisfied
You can return unused items in their undamaged original packaging within 30 days to our workshop in Leipzig. After inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price to your bank account. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
