14-day refund guarantee

The return window is 14 days from the date of parcel delivery. It applies whether the item arrived damaged, is defective, was sent by mistake, or you simply changed your mind.

Return conditions

Damaged or defective goods: We will quickly send a replacement or refund the full amount including initial shipping charges; please include clear photos with your request.
Incorrect delivery: We will dispatch the correct item right away and arrange collection of the wrong item at our expense.
If you change your mind: the item must be unworn in its original box, complete with intact seals and tags. You cover return postage, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Ear products come into contact with sensitive skin. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened packaging unless there is a technical defect.

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, earplugs, in-ear components, wax guards, and liquid ear care products are excluded from exchange and return once their protective seal or packaging has been opened.

Returns to our workshop

Write to us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt or call us at +49 341 40709392. Please state your order number, the reason, and include photos in case of damage.
We will process your message within one business day and send you a return authorization number and our workshop address.
Place the device safely back into its box, include a note with your return authorization number, and seal the package securely.
Ship the parcel to the destination address and email us the tracking number. Please retain the proof of posting until the refund has been processed.

Refunds and processing time

We inspect returned items in our workshop within 3 business days and notify you by email. We issue refunds via the original payment method: for cash on delivery, we transfer the funds to your specified bank account; for wire transfers, to the original sending account. Banks typically require 1-5 business days to process this.

Exchanges and cancellations

If you would like a different version, return the parcel and place a new order. We will refund the returned item promptly. As long as your order has not been packed and dispatched, you can cancel free of charge by emailing [email protected] with your order number.
