For packages sent outside of Germany, customs duties and import fees are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. If delivery is refused at customs, we treat the shipment as a return and deduct the resulting shipping costs from the refund.

We offer the following payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Bank details or credit card numbers are not collected or stored on this website.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

By completing checkout, you place a binding order. We will send you an order confirmation receipt with an order number; the contract becomes legally binding only once we pack the items and dispatch the shipping confirmation. Up to that point, we may decline orders and refund any money already received.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

Orders for which payment is missing or incomplete will not leave our workshop. If you select cash on delivery and fail to collect the parcel or refuse delivery, the shipment will be returned and the order cancelled.

Use the housings and accessories exactly as described in the instructions, on the packaging, and on the product page. Keep all items out of reach of children unless a product is specifically designed for them. Our product images show the actual pieces from our workshop; screen settings may cause minor color variations, which do not constitute a defect.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Store the items as indicated on the packaging. If an expiration date is printed, do not use the material after that date. Dispose of packaging and discarded components in accordance with local regulations.

We remain responsible for the shipment until it is handed over to you or a person authorized by you; from that point on, duty of care rests with you. Ensure your address details are correct when ordering: if a parcel is returned due to an incomplete address or missed pickup, we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund amount.

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our returns page. Please request return details from us beforehand and send the goods solely to the workshop address provided there. Only the pure value of the goods will be refunded; shipping costs will only be credited if there was an error on our part or a defect in the material. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Delivered goods must correspond precisely to workshop specifications and arrive undamaged. The statutory warranty provisions of the Federal Republic of Germany of two years from the handover of the goods apply. In the event of defects, Clearzenoviajv provides supplementary performance through repair or replacement in accordance with statutory regulations. If an item fails within the statutory period due to a manufacturing defect, we will inspect it and repair, replace, or refund the purchase price at our discretion. Wear and tear from normal use, careless handling, or subsequent damage is not covered by the warranty.
