What customers say

The package arrived here undamaged.

Kept handy on my nightstand.

The delivery driver handed over the package right at my apartment door on time, and I paid in cash directly.

My father uses the hearing aid while watching television in the living room and manages well with the rotary dial.

Inside the sturdy cardboard box, a small nylon cleaning brush was included alongside the device.

One corner of the box had a noticeable dent from shipping. The device itself remained intact thanks to the foam insert, but the box was no longer suitable as a gift. However, the sound at the kitchen table is clear and the volume adjusts cleanly.

I keep the silicone tips in the bathroom mirrored cabinet and clean them weekly with lukewarm water. The advance bank transfer was credited within one business day. Having a second set of replacement filters included in the box would have been even more practical, though.
