The package includes soft silicone tips in three standard sizes. Take your time trying the tips and choose the one that sits firmly in your ear without pressure. The sizes can be swapped out with a simple motion.

Use the included nylon brush to gently brush away stubborn residue from the sound outlet. You can pull off the silicone ear tip and rinse it with lukewarm water, while the casing should be wiped dry. Moisture must never enter the battery compartment.

We manufacture our casing shells from impact-resistant ABS polymer with a matte finish. The ear tips are made of 60 durometer medical-grade silicone that contains no plasticizers and is non-sticky. We use stainless steel for the protective mesh.

Yes, we offer cash on delivery. You simply pay the due amount in cash directly to the courier upon delivery. Alternatively, advance payment via bank transfer is available.

The delivery service brings the parcel right to your apartment door, even on upper floors without an elevator. If you selected cash on delivery, please have the exact cash ready. For orders placed before 14:00, we hand the parcel over to the carrier on the same business day.

You can return unused items in their undamaged original packaging within 30 days to our workshop in Leipzig. After inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price to your bank account. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
